We do not have a cash on delivery service in your country. You can review the secure payment options in the “What are the payment options?” section.
Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Click the “Discount Code” button at the bottom of the order, type the voucher number you want to use from the options, and click the “Apply” button after writing the discount code.
If you want to use the discount coupon on your orders from the ISLAMICA website, go to the “Shopping Cart” tab and write the coupon number at the bottom of the page.
Note:
You can use a maximum of one voucher or discount code per order.
You can cancel the order after it has been installed by contacting customer service, if the order status is “awaiting confirmation” or “in process”.
We cannot delete an order after it has been shipped..
Your orders are delivered to the couriers within 24 hours.
In the event that a product/s is not available in your order, the shipping period may vary.
You can find out the estimated period of availability of the product from the “My Orders” menu.
You can pay by one of the following options:
American Express card, PayPal, credit card, bank card.
We accept payment by bank transfer.

To see the status of your request:
After logging in, click on your username (My Account) in the upper right corner of the home page, then click on “My Orders” in the menu that opens.
Click “View” for the order corresponding to the order whose status you want to query on the incoming page.
You can see the status of your application in the details on the page that opens. Click on “Track Goods” in the order details, to see the shipping status details of your order.
Your credit card information is not saved and cannot be seen by third parties unless you agree to it. All your personal information is protected by encryption and the connection is secure.
Retail prices are regulated by our suppliers, taking into account manufacturing costs, season, and many other potential factors such as current market conditions, special campaigns, sales, and promotions.
These factors may cause our prices to vary over short periods of time.

Satisfaction of our customers and achieving their demands and expectations is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 10 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused, and the stickers have not been removed. The following products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene rules: beauty and personal care products, books and accessories. After we receive your return package and complete the process successfully, we will notify you and a refund will be processed. We will refund the full amount via the payment method you used, and according to your bank account payment policy. It may take up to 14 days for the total amount to be refunded to your account.
Regarding purchases made using credit cards, the period for refunding the amount due in the event of a return request to your card may be extended up to 28 days.
Customer refunds are processed upon order verification and confirmation.
Depending on your bank’s payment processing processes, it may take between 3 to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
If you do not receive the refund within 14 days, please check with your bank first.
